The Sierra CMS system is set up so you can designate one person (or multiple people) within your firm who is the “Case Administrator”. Each Case Administrator is responsible for setting up each case and the users as well as each user’s access capabilities. The Case Administrator is also the party responsible for all billings and payments. The Sierra CMS system requires a valid credit card to have all monthly fees billed to. The Case Administrator will receive a monthly invoice for each active case and the charges charge to each active case.
The fees for utilizing the Sierra CMS system are as follows:
One time Case Set Up Fee per case: $500.0 This amount is currently being waived
Monthly fee per “Creditor”* $1.00
The monthly fees are only charged to active cases. The Case Administrator can deactivate a case at any time. (A reactivation charge may apply)
(* a creditor is each party listed on the schedule of liabilities in schedules D, E and F as well as each creditor who files a proof of claim that can not be matched to a scheduled creditor).
